Sports Massage

Area specific treatment using a combination of massage techniques to help treat injury but also to prepare for peak performance and also prevent injury.

PLEASE NOTE: This isn’t just for the professional athlete it can be used to treat any injury caused by undue pressure on muscles or joints from physical activity, this could be caused by sport, a hobby such as gardening or the physical requirements of your job.
